Program Description
ChefPro Appliances offers an SMS messaging program to keep customers informed about their orders. By opting in, you consent to receive automated text messages fromChefPro Appliances at the mobile phone number you provided. Messages are sent from (770) 490-8113.
Types of messages you may receive include:
- Order received and verification confirmations
- Order confirmed and processing updates
- Shipping notifications with tracking information

Opt-In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages by checking the SMS consent checkbox during checkout on our website at https://www.chefproappliances.com. By opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from ChefPro Appliances at the phone number you provided.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your order activity. You may receive approximately 4–8 messages per order, corresponding to status changes such as order received, verified, confirmed, processing, shipped, and delivered. You will not receive more than 15 messages per month.
Cost
ChefPro Appliances does not charge for SMS messages. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Please contact your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan and any applicable charges.
Opt-Out
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No additional messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Supported Carriers

Your phone number and SMS consent information will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We collect your phone number solely to deliver the messages you have consented to receive. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
